I'm in the Northeast so I make more. Sorry, I didn't know it was going to be taken so personally

Why ask if you already know you make more?
New York's taxes are killing me and my family I'm only 31. I have been thinking about putting in my transfer papers in the if future, for either Virginia or North Carolina. I have family in North Carolina

Call the center manager where you want to transfer to and ask what the rate is.

Well, I am not sure where I want to transfer to yet. I was just curious as to what FedEx is paying for a city driver down south is all. Thanks for the help

I don't think you'll like it down south, us southerners are dumb as bricks, use poor grammar, dip snuff or chew tobacco
can't drive a lick and lie about the weather.
As for pay, I was always paid what I'm worth, pretty sure you can't live on that.
I think you'll be better off staying where you are, we are pretty crowded down here.

Actually it's a good idea to check the specific location. Depending on location, the differences, within the States you mention, is $1.40/hr.

Use the private conversation option for more specifics.
