Here you go again. Gimmicks. Why not just raise the starting pay, and benefits to a good paying level, and not hear the words,"competitive pay" ? I have always thought those 2 words meant competitive with the majority of the other crappy paying carriers...

But just and think, this stock will probably be another "Microsoft" in 5 years.

Cedar Rapids,IA(AP) Coop Dispatch recently honored a retiring driver with over 5 million safe miles. On hand to present the award, was Senior Dispatch Lead man, Big Dave. After the ceremony, Dave commented to reporters that this driver also, never drove down a wooden street, like 2 others I know,did....
I saw the picture of the guy that drove down the wooden street.
Really gave credence to another acronym for CRST
