You shoud just be grateful to have a job at the best LTL...... sorry I can't type the rest of this with a straight face.
Well, let's see...SEFL is always talking about culture and how they pride themselves in their triangle on the wall. They always expect us to live by it, so now they have the opportunity to practice what they preach. The raise we get in June will reflect where their hearts really are. I will say that if we don't receive at least a 5% raise, I don't want to hear anything else about culture.
