Just goes to show how to actually get a job. I never understood people who filled out apps, never followed up, and then pissed and moaned about not being offered a job.
So, let me get this straight. TM's at your company aren't so overwhelmed (smh) with their regular duties, they would welcome a call from a prospective employee? No offense, but with today's mgrs, not buying it.

That's great, because I'm not trying to sell it. I speak from experience and firsthand knowledge.

I have worked for 3 different TM's at OD, and yes each one would gladly speak to anyone on the phone about a job.

I don't work for OD but my TM @ Saia will take phone calls prospective employees if they need the help? Just saying......
