Any crumbs of pay to our brothers who loaded the freight on those trailers? Just asking, I think I know my answer...

This decision was paid because drivers weren't driving these loads. Dock workers still worked the freight, P&D still picked up and delivered, clerical still did the paperwork. This is because they basically ran around linehaul

And the company added 8 mini DC'S so they could run even more PT. Just guessing the penalty faintly compares to the savings. Big Mitch is saying "screw the contract".
