Hello
I currently work at another FedEx OpCo and have no complaints besides the fact it will take about 13 years to reach the top pay. What is the time frame for a city driver or road driver to reach the top pay in California? If anyone is willing to share what the top pay is for these positions is in California, it would help me make a decision as well. If not no problem. Thank you.

Talked to a FXF P&D driver today, told me healthcare was 70/30 with 5K deductible for major illness. Is this true?

There are two tiers and some states are different. Deductibles vary based on who all is covered under the plan.

Thanks for the info, but still seems vague.

What determines which tier and how are they different?

When you say “...who all is covered...,” is that determined by numbers enrolled, region or years enrolled, or another factor?

This "super secret" info might help...

I worked for Express for 7yrs.
Been 8yrs since I left.

If I were still there, I STILL would not be topped out.
Their pay progression was performance based for a long time.
Basically, if your manager liked you, you got the max raise
If they didn't....

40% of your review was attendance based.
If you caught the flu, and missed say, 4 days, you got a Zero in that aspect.
Would completely blow your raise.

Crooked ass system.
Best decision I ever made was to abandon Express for Freight.

Agreed. I also worked for Express ,2001-2007 then 2016 for 6 months. 10 years to top out is a joke. Corp structure is a joke. No longer a premiere company to work for

What is the difference in cost with the consumer premier and premier select plan? Is it a higher cost for the select plan? Does everyone get the hsa reimbursement on either of the two plan choices?
Fedex Benefits Center would know. 1-800-888-5622

Did you miss this part?

The cost difference is $53.54/week (Family Plan). Same Health Reimbursement amounts, for all.

Yeah I saw the chart I guess my question was the difference on the deductible between the consumer choice and consumer choice select . Also deductible difference consumer premier consumer premier select.

The YRC boys are sizing up what's out there for next year.

I don't blame them.
Probably should have been doing that for a while.

Not to kick anyone while they're down, but damn. They called me back from layoff in 2013 after four years, and the wife and I had a fun giggle about that. No seniority perk, no bid run is worth that culture.
