The only thing I want Estes to be like R&L is speed of trucks. Now that most the states are 65 70 for trucks we are getting our doors blown off. Don't get me wrong, I'll take a bonus.

Saw one of those fast R&L trucks flipped over tonight. He blew my doors off just a few minutes earlier. Hope the driver is ok.
Also, all these bonuses.... I'm starting to feel left out. :-(

Heard Estes is shopping for land north of Dallas for a big terminal. The new city operation terminal in dallas is a short term lease........

They barely have any freight on their trucks in PA. Their drivers are down to 4 days a week. So that bonus check won’t even help their them once the tax man take their 40% cut. Tax rate is higher on bonus checks
We're splitting Dallas 089. The new terminal well be leading takes effect March 19th. Probably won' move in till April.

Im aware of that. The rumor is that the new terminal location is temporary, that Estes is looking for land north of Dallas to build a big terminal. The terminal on singleton would stay open, the one off of 12 would move up north when (if?) the new terminal is built.
I hope not northern Dallas. Traffic is terrible. It would be nice if they built a huge 1 in between Dallas and Fort worth. And combine all of it.
That would be the smart thing to do
