Was informed today if all endorsements were not on our CDL’s by March 9th including tanker we would lose our bid and called in as a casual. Union is in agreement with findings. Memphis terminal. Oh yea I’m in my 29th year and haven’t bid a driving job in 10 years. I/B Dock. Is this policy system wide?

Are you referring to the tank-haz mat endorsement? That covers haz mat in bulk packaging, like tote bins.
 
I think this has more to do with us senior guys that work am dock being able qualified to drive. I got what I thought was my last license before this ultimatum was given to me. I have my haz-Mat. I’m retiring in March of 2019.
