So it's over 2 yrs now since the takeover . Do you see things getting better and are you still optimistic for the future for this company and how will we benefit if so ? I am not asking if you feel the O/R will continue to drop or if the stock price will climb because these do not seem to affect us in a positive way as employees and retention.

It will not get better, it will further erode.

They've hit the point where they went after bereavement time. Of all the things to cut... lol.

Shareholders are more important than you or I or even customers at this point. Plus the likelihood of pumping before a sale seems extremely likely.

I'm working on pulling the ripcord, I'm encouraging anyone who seems interested to at least look into doing the same. Get the hell out of LTL if you can.

Let’s see how the raise is first. If it’s anything like the first 2 raises we got from XPO then yes it’s getting worse. Con-way definitely cared more about their drivers than XPO, that’s obvious.

It's been down hill since Detter. Why would anyone expect things to change course now ?
Of course all of us talk to our spouses about the company, its policies and its direction. They too know it’s unsustainable as it is directed! Talking with mine after the last round of Bennie cuts and she looks at me and says “It’s time for you to get the hell out”! Makes my light bulb burn brighter! Nuff said!

My prediction is they will put out a decent raise. This will buy him more time to run the stock up and most people will be appeased by the raise some will even begin to sing accolades of xpo again . The mean time benefit cuts will continue a little at a time to drive
the O/R lower. Remember right now its all about the O/R and the appearance to share holders . Go and listen to the 4th qtr conference call and Jacobs is still telling investors people are knocking down doors to work here. The ultimate used car salesman.

Investors do not delve deep enough into a company to see who's coming and going. For the most part todays investing is not concerned with long term prospects ( 5 yrs plus ) like they used to be. Wall street has turned to into a casino where bets are made on short term gains . Brad Jacobs and Xpo fill this niche , it works for both parties . It is not a big mystery as to what the future holds for us if you look at it and understand it from this prospective

THE WAY MY LUCK RUNS=I'LL JUMP SHIP, New owners will lavish the world on drivers, I'll be bottom man at new job starving! Limited options in my region.

If you want XPO LTL to be the best in the industry, you have to make this the job to have for all involved.....top to bottom.
We have spent way too much time trying to stay just a little behind everyone else and now can't compete.
