Been there 1 time. As a road driver... I think. That abf management. Should be out getting freight. Instead of playing on there cell phone at the terminal and wondering why they loss freight.
TM and OPS Mgr at 119 are scrambling trying in vain to make "The numbers" match with the "allowed numbers" regarding the Labor that The Brass think that is needed to cover the work. New RVP in the region, trying to make his mark. IMO! Not sure about 216 though.

That terminal is a breeding ground for bad management that ends up in other terminals. 050 INDY over the years has had 2 rejects from that region. One was demoted & sent back to the south chicago terminal. And around and around we go. von.
