You are wrong, there is no 15% deduction from our paychecks. We're getting paid exactly what we agreed to in the last pay negotiation.

You're not getting 15 cents off each dollar you make. You're making exactly what the current pay rate is.
Yea you are you are getting 15% less from the original contract no offense but Holland reminded us of that with every paycheck till they stop putting it on there bottom line at the end of the day you are entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine

Are you living in your own universe? What is the so-called "original contract" you're talking about? The one from 10 years ago, the one from 25 years ago, the one from 40 years ago? Decades ago when we got raises after contract negotiations did you refer to the prior expired contract as the "original contract"? Of course you didn't. This time around, for the very first time we accepted a reduced pay rate in the new contract. It sucks having to take a pay cut but that's what happened. No one is "deducting" 15% or anything else from our paychecks. We agreed to a new pay rate which just happens to be a bit less than the most recent previous rate. And we're getting paid exactly what was agreed to with no additional "deductions".

Tri, I got news for you. I've been talking to some wheels, they said Wong is the only one complaining and he will be the only one
getting a raise.
