The big question will be is will they do anything to change things once they realize some of the problems.
 
I don’t have an email on file. Tm said he hasn’t received information on doing the survey without an email address yet. He said that he will let me know when he receives it.
 
It’s funny because when I worked for Sysco every 2 years they did the same thing and nothing got changed just worse.

You can bet this is one of those surveys designed only to give Saia a good rating. No questions that can harm the company profile.

They know but just don’t care because freight is being moved. Each terminal can be short 10 drivers but if the freight is moving without a major customer crying and the share holders seeing the company still making a good profit no one will care.
