This is true.
There are no restrictions to keep you at YRC.
You have a right to go elsewhere.
You have the right to be unhappy with job.
You can also try and help the situation, or be part of the problem.
Well "dokman" , you 'DON'T" have the right to be a union man with a wimp yes sheep attitude like yours ,this is how we got to this -15% pay because of wimp yes sheep , and you are part of the problem , we don't need yes situation sheep voting in 2019 , so leave now before the vote !!!

So let me see if I'm understanding you correctly.

You genuinely believe that it would have been a better solution to lay off enough people to save the company instead of everyone taking a pay cut? You'd rather have put fellow union workers on the street to keep your full rate? At a time when even having a job was something to be happy about?

Or perhaps you'd have preferred the company shut down in 2009? Put 10000 or so union workers out with no other jobs available? Forced to try and get work, perhaps at a competitor like Con-way for bad pay, no retirement, no benefits and atrocious treatment?

And do you really think you'd like it better if they locked the gates? If you had to go work somewhere else because Holland is gone?

You can believe all you want that they have money. That they can give you full rate again. I'd even agree that you deserve it. But have you taken a moment to consider what happens if you call their bluff, only to find out they're not bluffing? The management has their golden parachutes...do you?

I won't try and use math, you have issues there.
Your attitude is we should all stand together with what ever you're thinking is?
If you want to gouge company every day for 15 min or 1/2 hour should we all follow?
If you want to spread fake news like the.34 cent getting 15% taken out again on Friday should we all believe you?

Do I think YRCW has made some poor decisions, yes I do.
Do I think they are very creative with accounting, yes I do.
Do You understand that if you really want to change things you and everyone else should buy some stock, then you have voting rights at share holders meeting?
If company gave your 15% back in form of 401 k contributions would you still bitch?
I can go on and on.
This company took on a hell of a lot of debt right before economy dumped, I am shocked they survived. Had we not taken concession we would not have survived.

I don't think the union has kept things in check as far as accounting for wages at top, they were supposed to do that, am I correct, equal sacrifice?

Point is each man or woman has right to do what they want as far as voting.

Company troll much. Think I have heard the same thing out of Scott Ware's mouth...THEIR MISMANAGEMENT has wasted your money, yeah your money it's not theirs. Your contract (the last one you actually got to vote on) stipulated the pay and benefit structure. Don't be blowing your sheepy smoke.

Yes.... I will agree with you about equal sacrifice.

This should be the most important part to the next contract .

If they violate it we all snap back in wages. .... hold them to accountability.

That's great and I believe that saying is true. Doesn't work at a union barn. Everybody believes the union will take care of them. So regardless of pay certain individuals spend there day doing everything they can to get out of work. Happened before the 15% pay cut. Happens now, only they think they have an excuse now.
