FedEx Freight | Dedicated FedEx Team Position

If I had to guess, the positions were taken down because they were filled. OTR guys would think it sounded like a hell of a deal. $30,000 signing bonus would probably be paid quarterly over a couple of years.

And FedEx isn't paying the bonus, Transport America is. It's like some of you guys think that shiny wheels are only paid to steal your work. FedEx is just one customer of many. I'm not saying FedEx can't afford to do more for bennies, but compared even to most other LTL's FedEx is nowhere near the worst.

Unpopular opinion? Maybe. But how many of you would go work for XPO and their nonexistent bennies? Or Old Dominion and their nonexistent OT? FedEx might not have the best benefits or the best pay, but they treat you guys a lot better than they strictly have to. Who here would work for Central Transport? Nobody, that's who, because their equipment sucks and their treatment of employees is even worse. All still completely legal.

It wouldn't be a "sign on bonus" if they didn't pay it when you "sign on". Good news for you is were hiring.

So, say you do a 7.5 hour road run and then are TOLD (not asked) to do a three and a half hour drayage run....
OT or not?
Local guy that started at the same time and worked the same hours gets OT.
