Sad thing is that my people got a guaranteed pay even if I didn’t have any work for them. I only hired the best and treated them the same way with money.
Either by dispatcher in the terminal or central dispatch. Hopefully we will get up to speed with the technology soon. We waste way way way too much time in terminals.

Ain’t they testing something now? I heard some guys talking they can login something on their phone and it tells your dispatch and all that?
Yea that’s true. It’s the central dispatch website for us. It lets us dispatch ourselves but I haven’t tried it. But it shows your trailers and where to take it.

you can go online and dispatch yourself.
Not everyone is on that system yet. I’ve been checking out that online system for a few weeks but no information shows up until after I’ve been dispatched. Reguardless of that, that still doesn’t put bills in my hand so I can leave. If we could ever get organized and utilize the technology we have this will be a really good thing.

You can log in and see your trailers and manifest numbers and where you're planned to go, but other than that it's kind of useless. Doesn't have the weights on the trailers.
So you can't dispatch off of it
