XPO | XPO Logistics Plans to Invest Up to $90 Million in Road Fleet in North America

This happened last time. Road units first , I guess , then at the tail end a sprinkling of the Freightliner M2's.

I had a :new: dollie the other day, better set up and longer airlines for the new pos trailers, air release valve knob was broken off already,2 pigtails, and had dummy gladhands attached, don't know why, maybe for backups on trlr,ps ..what happened to "valve" ended airlines, much more efficient imo

The valves were terrible and didn't last very long.

What kind of tractors? What name brand? How will they be equipped? Loaded or stripped?

Anyone know?
Whatever's cheap, driver, you ought to know that by now. Stripped except for power steering, AC and a radio, maybe.

I can't believe you'd even ask if they're going to be loaded... :hilarious: that requires spending money. XPO doesn't do that.

Most of the current dollies are 30 yrs old . I wonder if the new one will hold up even half that time. If their braking right out of the gate makes you wonder.
