ADuiePyle | takeing over npme terminal in newburg,ny???

I know they own it...but also though npme had first right of refusal on these propertys, maybe not, yrc did steal them and sold them off...balt. and Maspeth was with this group...yrcw, the piece of ::shit:: company it is, probably hored them out for all the money it could get , with :shit:ty lease deals for npme...and know ,I have know idea if the lease is up...just the rumor going around were out by 1st of sept. and than going to Maybrook and some ::shit:: yrc terminal to share...thats why im asking you if you guys have heard anything...trying to get the truth, npme management is all yrc flunkies anymore so you know wont get much of the truth from them...hell, they still think they know how to move freight, like the real npme used to!!!

ok, thanks for checking around and for your opinions on what may be happening at newburg...I would tend to believe that yrcw steals so much from npme that this is just one more example of them stuffing more money into there pockets to keep yrcw running...we share a terminal with yrc freight, probably charge npme for all fuel charges for the terminal and collect big lease payment also, those back office synergies , while mostly more expensive for npme, do help in keeping a few more yrcw vp's very happy, indeed!!!

Not saying you are incorrect. Pyle is very tight lipped with certain things. Guessing this may be one of them. Our current place was an empty building. So nobody got displaced and no animosity was created. Us basically "throwing you out" may possibly created animosity. Like a few years ago surrounding Maspeth. A lot of tension was created

YRC might just be looking to cut costs, even if NP should pay rent in Maybrook the money stays in the “ family” instead of to direct competitor.

Cost cutting no doubt. At the 2017 Annual Meeting Peter said he chatted with the big boss of YRC trying to convince NPME to move into a different under utilized facility

yrc should have though about that before they sold our 3 terminals to our biggest competitor in the northeast...that is how stupid they really are!!!yrc takes all the money, anyhow, this will be just another reason to keep more of it in overland park!!

Food for thought.......
Rumor 1- Pyle is taking over the NPME term in Newburgh Ny
Rumor 2- NPME, Holland etc are to be re-branded YRC. One happy family
Think they are connected in any way????????????

Nope, if it’s to be it’s to save money . Holland and YRC share terminals in locations to get out of leases so why not NP and YRC. NP will pay rent to YRC Freight and in turn they can pay more to Corp. the money moves from one pocket to another.
