I remember a while back where a woman complained about two neighbors who were often nude in their backyard after dark. A police officer investigated & told the woman they were behind a wood fence & could not be seen. The woman told the officer if you stand on a chair in my kitchen & look over the blinds they can be seen when they are on the back side of their yard if they are under the outside light.
