Oh , they do. That’s for sure. They show a cartoon that union officals are mafia men and footage of a starving family saying because dad had to pay union dues so theres no money for food and some employees believe this stuff as i can tell by some of these posts
Some of the union prevention people are retired union officals collecting a pension while running that racketWhen do the videos start?
Is it true that XPO has requested drivers at a specific terminal to accept a voluntary 30 day layoff? Does any one have information about this?
I should say not. Wtf ..... this company still doesn’t get it.True story. And you gotta pay your health care premiums and lose the service time. It’s not really a good deal at all.
Sorry for the misspelling . Little pre ocuppied as I’m writing.I assure you as sure as I sit here writing this that we tried every means to communicate and make things right before we voted the union in at our facility. They didn’t want to even discuss it.
I could care less wether we were non union if they even cared one bit to make things right . They have no interest too make any measurable change in a positive sense for the drivers. Now their willing to spend whatever it takes to keep us from having a say.
This is why I have been saying for the last 3 yrs this is not sustainable. You can’t build a successful ltl carrier on the backs of unhappy drivers and the last time I checked you need drivers to drive the trucks ( and I don’t by the fear factor threat of autonomous truck)
What is it that your doing? Preoccupied?Sorry for the misspelling . Little pre ocuppied as I’m writing.
This is a G rated site cant sayWhat is it that your doing? Preoccupied?

Any former union official that choose's that path should be stripped of their pension(s)Some of the union prevention people are retired union officals collecting a pension while running that racket
It does seem hypocritical that a retired driver cannot work as a greeter at WALMART because they are nonunion and have trucks, but an official can take a job as a union buster and not lose their pension.Any former union official that choose's that path should be stripped of their pension(s)
That's what happened at New Penn, labor guy was a former business agent....It does seem hypocritical that a retired driver cannot work as a greeter at WALMART because they are nonunion and have trucks, but an official can thake a job as a union buster and not lose their pension.
