Holland | We Are Getting The Largest Raise In Ltl History

The more I see your posts ,the more I’m convinced that you aren’t swaying anyone.Your best stuff is plagiarized.
Ok y would ups pay 8 billion to get out of central states it would have been cheeper to just quite and tell its members we will cover ur pension cuz they knew they were liable to central states

Than if it was that easy y wouldn’t every other company just quit paying in and just say it don’t matter it’s going bankrupt because it’s a obligation that the government will come after

UPS spent a tad over 6 billion to get the hell out of the biggest Ponzi scheme ever.
If YRCW were to close all of their withdrawal liabilities would have fell on them and ABF.
Kinda like 68% of Holland’s contributions go towards people that never worked for them.
Who the hell wants there money going into that bullshitt?
And by the way..the companies didn’t set up the Ponzi pension they just put their money into it as part of their contract obligations.

Take away the full pension contributions and it’s not far away from where we will be.
Didn’t someone else post that? Nonetheless, why in world didn’t you go to ABF?
You had 10 years. I think you might be an outsider trying to bring the union down.
wtf that’s still 7

Really really hurts you hope ur a short timer cuz this company dose not have a future the government will come knocking on yellow door and want it’s obligations to the funds then the doors will close and we’re not to big anymore to fail 5 yrs enjoy work them for substander wages ya even management like will be out of a job u did good trying to het a yes vote u may just get but it’s s a short time win there is no future for yrcw

Well u get payed to tell lies i see the real world there is no way u can justify the wage difference between abf and yrcw 9000 vers 30000 man ur lucky there is so many blind sheep but when the fund goes bankrupt we will see what happens than we can meet and have a beer and see who’s right

Of All the LTL freight companies in History
Not 1 has secured a $4 raise and A Week of Vacation (On Day 1)
No it's not Billions more put into an insolvent Pension
Might not be $11 or $12 over the contract
May not even include Ground Hogs Day off but the Largest Raise in LTL History is a step in the right direction to keep over 30000 people employed to support their families
No one is gonna get every single thing we want Right Now but is it worth being at the bottom of somebody's roster having to work a full year to get a week of vacation
Climbing the pay progression scale
Under coworkers our children age in seniority
Many many other points we all can think of
Wtf are you smoking man. I can tell you must be a newbie to the LTL sector. The contract pays out over 5 years and that being said YRCW still pays the cheapest wages in the industry. All of your majors are paying 27-30$ a hour and .66-.71cpm on the road. No offense but it’s a sh ! T contract bottom line. Also at the end of the day after the 5 years is up that’s where your wages are supposed to be at now not 5 years down the road.
