I'm going to take a Con-way guess and say, the OP is a true lunch room hero.
He only put management in his profile to throw people off. Good way to stir the pot.
He is either driver or Supervisor. He will slip up sooner or later. I got my tracking dogs on this person already.

Management at Con-way consists of the SCM/FOM and OM. Not an FOS.
It's not that hard to track his I.P or find out who has 15 years at Con-way. I call total BS on this person saying he is management. Supervisor maybe.

I recently promoted into management, but that doesn't change my views. I've seen degregating attitudes for a long time and it just bothers me. Negative attitudes breed a negative work atmoshere. I'm not saying I never had any complaints, but I never voiced them to another driver..............what good does it do? When I had a complaint I took it to the SCM, most often it was taken care of. I never cried bacause somebody took "My" truck, or this or that FAC screwed me, or this or that FOS had it in for me. If I had a problem with someone, I would direct it to them, not the drivers room or lunch room or wherever. My whole point is that some of the newer drivers are young enough to be very impressionable. I would rather have a positive work atmoshpere than a negative one. I didn't always agree with the decisions made by FOS' when I was a driver, but I see now what they're up against and it's a lot more than I would have thought before. It's easy to have a point of view if you've never walked in those shoes.

You say you are a supervisor in this area, then why does your I.S.P. show you in michigan? Mine is downtown chicago.

I, as well, would rather have a positive work atmosphere than a negative one. I can only hope that if you should remain at Conway that you can and will create an environment that will foster such an atmosphere. That responsibility is in no way, shape, or form, mine.

I am what I eat and when I am force fed crap......

Some people like to lick the "enhanced" sugary coating on the outside while others prefer to separate the chewy nougat "pride" on the inside, but I like to bite right into the crap. The crap doesn't melt in my hands and it is gentle on my teeth and my colon. The fun size are best; They come with reduced benefits.

Well that was fun.
