You say you are a supervisor in this area, then why does your I.S.P. show you in michigan? Mine is downtown chicago.I recently promoted into management, but that doesn't change my views. I've seen degregating attitudes for a long time and it just bothers me. Negative attitudes breed a negative work atmoshere. I'm not saying I never had any complaints, but I never voiced them to another driver..............what good does it do? When I had a complaint I took it to the SCM, most often it was taken care of. I never cried bacause somebody took "My" truck, or this or that FAC screwed me, or this or that FOS had it in for me. If I had a problem with someone, I would direct it to them, not the drivers room or lunch room or wherever. My whole point is that some of the newer drivers are young enough to be very impressionable. I would rather have a positive work atmoshpere than a negative one. I didn't always agree with the decisions made by FOS' when I was a driver, but I see now what they're up against and it's a lot more than I would have thought before. It's easy to have a point of view if you've never walked in those shoes.
