accident

this should be a refresher course on safety for everyone dont ever get to comfortable and not pay attention we are proffessionals and we get payed to pay attention be safe everyone:
 
no cause has been mentioned quite yet guys - yes everyone needs to be alert and more cautious -- but lets try not to even imply it was this guys fault until we know for sure - 3 people died in front of his eyes underneath his truck ... listen to the people in the traffic jam, they are "very mad" and cant beleive that they have been sitting there for 2 hours, yeah its a inconvienance - but they are still alive -- some people are soo cokd - sorry -- im at work right now dealing with stupidity

That is true could be a lot of things involved the only one that knows is the driver. Unbelievable about people who have to wait most likely they were annoyed but they would sit in a Starbucks drive thru for a Latte
 
It probably is a contracters truck. FXNL/Watkins co. linehaul trucks have fairings above the cab. Its amazing more people weren't hurt. My thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims.

The news cast says the driver of the truck did not observe slow traffic ahead and hit 6 cars. Doesn't suprise me really I can't remember the last time I've seen a FedEx contractor driving slower than 80mph.
 
wow any big truck accident that results in any death is a hard pill to swallow. i feel for all involved. very sad. no matter whose fault.

Some people are always quick to judge when it comes to trucks.As far as complaining about the traffic I would always say It is better to sit in the traffic than to be the cause of the traffic and most of the time they would shut up:1036316054:

Dont know of too many single axel contractor trucks.
 
I really feel for the driver,victims,and all involved.This could be more ammo for a federally mandated govern for all trucks.
 
i was east bound at round 17:30 and i sawl people in white lab coats holdin white sheets up traffic was backed for bout 8 miles when i got past it.
 
the lead had placards on it too and the newscaster should not have said the driver did or did not do something ,it is not his place to say that unless the investigation is complete and released by the police.it shows a bias against drivers or big trucks.
 
God speed to all involved in that horrible accident. Two highway trucks warning of slow traffic. Now that driver will have to live with all the choices he had and the horrible one he made and now has to live with in his mind everyday of the rest of his life. It doesn't matter what we say or what punishment is done to him none will be greater then what that driver will have to live with himself.
