most of the guys at fedexfrt run channel 4 on the CB but the guys here at National seam to run several different channels... most of the guys out of KC used to - still run channel 22, I think the guys out in Cin run channel 25 and some of the guys out west used to run channel 21... since the buy out a lot of people have started to run channel 4 so should we as a company {national} start running on the fxf channel or just stay the way it always was so that all we do is blink our lights at each other when we pass? or start a completely new channel just for fxn? :smilie_132:

It would be nice if you guys over there would say hi or blink us over when pass or even wave back when we wave at you. We are afterall one big family, lets start acting like it Welcome to channel 4 news.

Ya know I want to say we all do flash our lights and wave but I can't be certian that all do. The guys that I know here do but there are guys that just started L/H here that I don't see that might not. I do and I just got my cb fixed so I can talk again. I'm on I 80 midnight to 4am and for the time being will be on 21:smilie_132:

Most of the drivers out west have just come out of the sleeper and have not learned or re-learned how to use the CB. But then there are those who don't even wave.:duh: Whats up with that?

Its not right but I'm yet to see that drivers @fxnl are snubbing other drivers like that when they pass me I see either they blink their lights or wave. I was out of SBR for a long time now running L/H out of Den the drivers I know will wave or say something on the radio:smilie_132:

If you are on I-75 South of Atlanta to the Florida state line, National drivers run channel 7 thru these parts. Give us a holler.:redneck:

What Channel ?

Well I run I-70 Indy to the Gateway, Mon.-Fri. I run over every night with 3-4 FXE drivers every night. We have a good old time just like we were all family. And that is the way it should be, because now we are one BIG family. We all run channel 4 double under. For those of you that know this channel and for those that don't, it is 26.105 It is alot better because you don't have to bother with all the billy big riggers. Well everyone be careful out there. Be safe godspeed.:smilie_132:

Double you're fun....

I run two radios. One on 4 and the other on 22. :hysterical:

Just kidding. I see a bunch of freight guys every day and wave across the boulevard. But I have to say we just wave to each other as we go by. I'm usually listening to XM. I'll try to do a better job and give 'em a holler. Although I'll have to use standard channels as I'm not going to leave the big radio in the truck since my TM says we can't lock the trucks. BTW I always flash the boys over as they go by and they all seem friendly as hell... just a waving as they go by. Y'all truck safe. GUN:1036316054:

Are you the one in that big ole sleeper??

That sure would be nice while waiting on hooks in KCY, lol.:hysterical:

Nope Familyman. Got one of those screws and share it with another driver.

Sure beats having to tote all my stuff in and out of a different truck every day. But back to the CB...I tried channel 4 and hollered at every FXF (about 25) driver I saw the last two days on I-35 in KS. Three responded to my cross freeway query's. Those three seemed tickled:party-smiley-017: to speak to the 'ol GUN. I suppose the rest were on the lower channel or listening to something way more important. Maybe I'll put the big radio in one of these days. :smilie_132:

yeah now im a big road driver i need a big radio to get those lot lizards way in the back of the lot. i'll be callin ya pal
