let me toot the men and women of dallas some more. they have taken runs away from us and gave them to other terminals. when they cant keep things going they come right back to my dallas people. our men and women do their job, no matter who trys to bring us down. we are good and we are lucky that we know how to work with each other.

let bad management and the bad team players try to bring us down
 
Good for you Dallas! I am trying to be optimistic that we (terminal) can have the same pride and team effort soon! The bottom line we are all there for Thursday but let's also be proud of what we do.

You're stating that we are currently lacking the same pride and team effort.

I won't ask how do we get that back because it is just plain gone.

How do we gain/achieve that? - Because I have seen nothing in recent history that would indicate any positive change.

When is the Crystal Palace going to do something about this SCM. We are losing valuable, hard working employees, from this terminal, left and right. How many more employees have to quit do mainly to her shenanigans.

At the rate she is going, and the RM, we are going to lose our AE. Add that to FOS', CSR's, DSR's, Greeters and Dockworkers that quit because of the stuff she does and doesn't do.

Go ahead and send Kevin B. in just so he run back to Marie with everything that was said. In turn she come in and take it out on all of us.

Wake up guys and girls. This woman is running things into the ground.

your on! XGO loves this kind of manager, not the ones getting new business, and customers, but the ones, that our enforcing our chalkboard rules, Look at lord m, guy can`t do any wrong but people with alot of experience in the indusrty quit, and get fired, and we turn a blind eye! These people are killing our company, a dispatcher sending you across town rather than sitting in line at a customer, wasting fuel and time, then people come up with a new way to waste money.....62 mph!
 
She doesn't even go by the rules. She does whatever benefits her. She is too lazy to go by the rules.

She would rather be off screwing around with her new husband than concerned with her job and the things going on at the terminal.

The company doesn't care and will never put a stop the c--p she is doing. Prime example having a relationship with another member of management from XGO. Firing that person(her new husband) but not firing her for doing the same thing.

He did not get fired because of the affair, and she didn't do what he did to get fired!
 
Stealing from the company isn't enough to get her fired. Nothing will get rid of her. As others have said she embodies the values XGO lives by.

Marie, what about the money you have been taking from petty cash. You know those pepsi's and things you help yourself too with company money. The times you had the office people swiping your badge to the time clock when you weren't there working. Just so it looked like you had shown up for work, but yet you weren't anywhere to be found other than sitting at home on your arse.

The list goes on way to much to continue.

As for the real reason her husband got fired from the company. Well, only a few truly everything that went down with that situation. But they were both in the wrong for it.
