Yea,they would rather ***** and whine where their at,to keep a cushy run,know how to work the system,have buddies in high places,etc...If a job is that bad(not just Estes),venture out to greener pastures..
 
There are people in this business/industry that have no real calling for the business. They're good at other things, but not the Motor Freight Industry. Somehow - collectively, they find themselves at this company.
