Buspar..........Zoloft...........Xanax. All in a day of being me. Thanks for the dream and the nightmares. Cant share........insurance has me on rations.
 
I am getting tired of fighting my personal battles alone. You know my history..........And I had made my point eventually. I actually told this SCM I was going to miss working with him......AND I MEANT IT. Now I am sitting and thinking way too much, causing me to think way too negative. This Company and its employees (for the most part) are top notch and we were trained to be a certain way. We were trained to be the best freight company out there. Now it seems TO ME they are trying to change that by turning everyone against each other. Leiutenants get you killed quicker because they follow the book too closely. The NCO's make things happen........The Commisioned Officers take the credit.
Even management is running scared as if they have a creed.....but each of the lower management knows the truth deep inside. We have dead weight and it is definately holding back the potential of this company.

I knew of a great restaurant that had folks waiting in line to get in. They had a tremendous salad bar not to mention the food was out of this world. It was based out of a old small Big Boy restaurant building..........but they became too big for their ego. Soon they built this great big building and then they cut corners.............then the people quit coming.

Very Sad.............I miss eating there.

Very insightful. Boy, did you have me fooled. Just when I was convinced you were a clown, you got me right in the face with a banana cream pie.
