Sorry I didn't know Brady wasn't in Tomah anymore,but I don't hear much anymore.We are supposed to be getting increases to what we were cut in 2011 quarterly.I honestly do not know if new hires will be included in that, ask your tm on that too.I can't possibly imagine how they think they could keep anyone here for 5 years though without a raise.
 
ask your tm god my tm is a habitual liar u can not belive anything the bosses tell u they will be telling u one thing while they r pissing in your pocket
 
we already havent had raises in 2 1/2 years. not many jobs out there.thats the only reason im still here. giving you back your 5% they stole from you in 4 increments ,in their minds is your raise.remember they said in video if they make a profit. other trucking companies are getting raises but not us.do any of you think you will see raises again anytime soon? me no,i think they arent finished buying companies to complete the us ltl coast to coast. they only have the southeast and northeast left. easier to use your money than theirs and looks better to investors and banks if labor costs are low. very lowwwwwwwwwwwwwww
 
Think if you were here at the wage freeze if we get our 5% totaly back we will be making the same as 3 1/2 yrs ago . Did the president of this company say no ill turn down my 25,000 dollar bonus to help out my company HELL NO. when we were busting or a$$ for this money he counted his. Just a thing to think about before ya think UNION

Take the food job. Don't look back. Not trying to be smart or anything, just being honest. I have been here over 2 1/2 years and am making less than when I was hired. Hence why we are for the most part bitter. You are a new hire at a recently reopened terminal. You will have the good run until someone else whines and complains (or sucks ass) and takes it away from you. We've had the nice runs taken away and given to new hires (along with the better trucks) to keep them from walking. They still walk. When I get done reading posts here, I will check the help wanteds again. Been my routine for two years now...

They will no doubt find some reason as to why they can't pay the 5% back. If the DOT finds out that Vitran knowingly created false vehicle inspection paperwork during the compliance review, our 5% will go to pay for the fines.
 
just ask a tomah driver if they are getting there 5% back. from what i have been to by fellow drivers they won't be getting there's back because when brady was the tm the drivers got there 5% back when they could not find any drivers while others vijax employes are were getting bent.... it was just passed been down to me from drivers that i know in tomah. i'm glad that i left the grass is greener on the other side

Hey-you know about that too, huh? They had guys from our terminal signing Vehicle inspection reports for three months or more back (after the VIRs were "corrected". ) during the audit. Some refused, and I am sure someone signed for them...:nono_h4h:
What a place to work for, huh?

Well, with the way they have the wages froze no matter how much time we put in a Vitran we will never get a raise, they can keep there 5 % I want my step up pay for time served, this would increase my pay more than the 5%. As poorly ran as this company is ran I dont think we have to worry about it much longer anyway. I sure like to hear the old timers talk about how the new guys need to put in there time, we drive substandard trucks for substandard pay, why do I want to put in my time????
