TForce | The Holy Grail aka copy of the Indy contract

the one your talking about.

you know where the non-union road driver will sit at the union terminal. Under that one.

I think I said it will be interesting to find out what will happen. It was a hypothetical situation, that will become real soon enough.

I have the complete version of the contract, whereas the one you find on the internet has everything BUT articles 25 and 26, which are the articles that explain in detail benefits and wages. The only thing that I do not have, and nobody will aside from INDY employees, is the SPD (Summary Plan Description) that explains detailed coverage of the benefits package.

Isn't it odd that is always the only ones missing...:hide:

I also believe I have the complete copy. I attended a meeting where the Indy Contract happened to slip into my hands. It also includes article 25 and 26 and it seems to have been added, as it's from a different source.

UPSF Pension

Indy, Does the new contract place your pension under the old Teamster Master Agreement or with the new UPS Teamster Pension?

Anyone want article 25? It's 5.25 pages long. Took forever to scan.
I'm not going to do article 26, it's going to take too long.

PM me with an email if you would like a .zip file of it.

"O",I have been hunting to no avail info on the "new" pension plan administered by UPS/IBT..what info do you have...I have the NMUPSA(Dec07-Jul13) for package and a possible revision..but I cant get any confirmation what the changes will be ...and will UPSF also be covered by the same language...I`ll hunt up the link for the possible revision to their master contract...

neither it stays in 100% control of UPS

I find that hard to believe. While it isn't with the regular teamster pension or ,ight not even be with the parcal. It most likely is still ran jointly by UPS and Teamsters. Reason I state this is, this way you are protected from the company doing anything wrong with your money, and also to make sure their contributions are correcttly deposited and paid timely. Usually their is a joint committee that over sees it.

In other words its the same plan!!

It is clearly in the contract that the teamsters will have joint control of the 401k and it will be called the "teamster UPS national 401k account".
