Pitt-Ohio | pay raises in general

what pay raise? the only pay raise around here was for the drivers already getting time and a half. Call it what you will but for any driver not at top pay it was a kick in the face.
 
i agree. the drivers at the bottom get crapped on again.this is the bulk of your workforce.if you are not near the top on seniority list forget it. but then again, they ***** about everything too!
 
How long does it take in order to start getting overtime? What's the starting wage and how does the progession work? I live near the Center Valley, PA terminal. Do you guys still have 100% paid insurance?
 
POE pays overtime after 3yrs of service.

POE pays 100% BC/BS includes family plan.

I cannot answer anything about ECM
 
any comment's on our raise or the change in the vacation? I think we did ok considering what the other companies have done to survive.
 
.20 a hour but we lost 1 week vac if you took plan B. plus (in charleston) we lost the right to ask any questions or to question the boss in anyway .he called it LIP SERVICE.
We were informed that we will be sent home,with no pay. is this co.policy? It sounds like a lose of right to speak. Would love to here your thoughts.

I know you guys haul mail for the postal service. I'm not sure if you get paid the postal contract rates though. I'm trying to figure out when the postals service increases the pay since my pay is strictly based on the contract rates. Thought maybe someone would know?
