FedEx Freight | Question: yr end bonus

Was just looking at my april bonus check with a work group performance of 65%. 20% has gone to the fiscal yr end bonus, so I've lost that. Can someone with the facts explain to me how they are going to calculate that big check? I'm hearing that our numbers are tied to the other operating companies, so if freight kicks butt and ground doesn't we all suffer. Thanks
 
hi i from cci when we got are raise and i ask why national still made more then us they said that they are different company but now that the bonus r to come out we are all together it smell funny
 
I figure gtrdone can answer this better than I , but we were told at the "meeting" that end of year is May 30, so it will take a while to "juggle" the numbers to see if we get any of the 20% back....
 
HOB lost 2 LIT lay downs 432 miles, but the kick in the a$$ is we cannot follow freight to Texarkana, because we (according to HRO) TECHNICALLY did not lose runs,:cuss: we will be shuttling it too HOU for the hub a grand total of a 12 mile turn. :maddance3:

FL4723 Knows me all too well.,.. I work for a living.. and play in all the spare time that presents itself... When not running a hub, you can find me poolside with a case of cold miller's in the cooler.. Kabobs on the grill.. and an entourage of women to make runs to the store!

As for the 20% from the corp profit.. In my opinion I think we will be lucky to see any of that this year.. It is based off of Year over year performance and goals.. With the addition and struggles of national, and trying to get cananda in line.. I think that we are pretty far off as a corporation from the previous year..

But, this is just my opinion and from looking at YOY stock margins and performance.

You guys will still get at least 3 of the 4 sectors.. and if safety keeps doing better, you may even get 4... I think it will be another year, maybe two before the 20% plays a role in the bonus...

I hear people saying "they lied".. Noone was ever promised anything.. and if you guys have stock in FedEx, I think you can see how we have performed as a company Year over Year.. It's not Rocket Science to figure out..

I will borrow out of my 401-k if I need a bonus.. :1036316054:

I still have the initial post for employees that came out and was posted. Looking at it, I see nothing that was promised or said that the 20% corp portion was a guarantee.. Hell, the way I see it, since many do not even appreciate what they get as a bonus.. they should take away the whole program.. Since the salary quarterly bonuses have been taken away, I would be happy with a $5 Mcdonalds gift card.

So when you get the other 80% sectors of your bonus.. throw me a bone.

The year the so called bone us... I mean bonus was put into play we only recieved a 2 % raise. Corporate used the other 1.5% to fund the bone us....oops I mean bonus.

You're right gtr....there is nothing guaranteed at this company. E:1036316054:xcept for maybe the greed of the company will always be there!!

I just wish that the bonus was based on what I did at work and not on what everybody but me does. In no way am I in control of my bonus value.

I'm sure gtrdone would be joyful with a Christmas card from FedEx instead of money because it was something he didn't have before.

Maybe some pretty foil or twinkling lights are next on the matrix.
