I want to get an opinion from you guys that see these people in person every day...are some of these people brain dead ? They call us with the "where's our freight, it was supposed to be on last night's trailer", and when you tell them it was on trailer # such-n-such, they still say it's not there. We ask "have you unloaded that trailer yet ?" and they say no, but they know its still not there. This happens to me at least 15 times a day. I don't like to form opinions about people I've never met, 'cause its not fair...but...DAMN....
 
I'll deliver to HD occassionally too and will say all of their stupid people work in back.

home depot gets most of its people from WAL-MART, u know most of the time the 2 stores are right next to each other. So when the retards go to wally to fill out the app. they see HOME-DEPOT, and say F-it lets go there too:funky::funky:

we deliver to two different stores and the people are just average joes trying to make a buck. you know like US!
 
Home Depot sucked big time 20 years ago and it sounds the same now as it was then.

LOWES is the place for me.

As far as shopping goes Lowes i think is a better store. The people are the same not much help BUT doing the best with what they have.

So right you are ! a few years ago i was talking to the President ceo of RETL at the time Jarred Mcarthur. He told me they would try and hold any one account to 5% or less of there total freight in fear of loosing it the impact wouldent be that great ! At THAT time we only had been hauling HD for about 9 months and we were WELL over 10 % I dont know what the total is now but our terminal is about 40% and WHEN it all goes AWAY! LOOKOUT!!:hide:
