XPO | New t-shirts

No, they actually asked for everyone's sizes back before the new year, and now we know why...we received ours 2 weeks before the "day", and gave them out the Monday before so everyone could do exactly what you are talking about...I'm with you, new clothes go straight to the washer...
We had 92% participation (visual)...driver's biggest complaint was no pockets, but they loved the comfort.....but office, fos, mgmt, we were all in them for the most part..

:holysheep:Supervisior at the FAC I go to, on Friday night, asked me where my T-shirt was, told me I was "OUT OF UNIFORM" subject to disiplinary action for not being in proper uniform for my work assignment that day......AND, he wasn't kidding..................I told him that I wasn't issued one yet (I haven't been), and that I would wear any T-shirt he cared to provide, up to and including the one he was wearing...........I think they are kind of cute........:nutkick:
Posting I saw about it clearly said that wearing it was "OPTIONAL".

:hide:You are correct, wearing the t-shirt was optional. I did not see one person at my domicile wearing it.
Perhaps if my TM would have taken a little iniative, as Boxboss did, and handed them out ahead of time so they could be laundered, someone would have worn one.
I am dead serious, I saw NO ONE wearing them, from the TM down to the part timers!
The " no pocket " part of it had some bearing. Where are we supposed to put our pen, pro stickers etc. Think about it......our tablecloths have two pockets.......now...go to no pockets! What a joke!
The upper eschilion probably thought we would carry....dare I say it?....
cigarettes if we had a pocket!
Naw! they never gave it ANY thought...the troops will wear whatever we give them! :smilie_132:

I was in Michigan last night and I seen " let me get that for you" on a billboard. Don't know what the company was. But it had nothing to do about Con-Way. It did have "GO" in big letters on the top right side
