I'm on the east side, mine went up $7.00+ per week!
We were told here that the reason National's prices are cheaper is that FedEx does not pay into a pension plan for them.
When I quit laughing and asked them if we had a pension plan, he said of course we do! Your SS, your 401k and the $100 per month in our generous pension plan.
With the paltry raise, and the rise in health care, we are going backwards people. The raise doesn't even begin to cover the increased cost of health care. The fact that the price of our plans increased such a small amount for most shows just how tiny our raise was.
Won't go into gas prices and the Wall Street ****** of our 401k's, but we are getting throughly screwed as the working class. I'd love to know what the Prez of FedEx and his cronies in the other departments and other operations pay for the medical. I'm betting its a big fat 0.

Holy crap, I saw gas for $1.97 yesterday! I swear I didn't think I'd live to see that again.
Oh yeah, to stay on topic, I enrolled in FSA yesterday but signed up for considerably less $$ than this year. We're struggling to use it all by 12-31 and I hate throwing it away. Maybe I will use it for lyposuction or something.
Thankfully they extended the health insurance sign up through Monday cause I still don't know which package to choose.
