No doubt.... The conditions that would be present in the "last days" or end times mentioned in the bible most certainly seem to be reflected in what is going on in the world today....Read the book of Mathew and psalms as well as Revelations. Those books give a pretty accurate picture of today as it describes how people would be during this time period....I think it will answer your question regarding "who is in control".....

While ALL of the questions you pose are valid, do you not think that perhaps your conclusion is just a bit over dramatic? Quite frankly if you are correct then YRCW's situation is insignificant and we all should be preparing for the judgement day. And if that is the case how you voted on the concessions will not matter.

Littlesister10's ending comment was a bit dramatic...but it underscores the frustration felt by many in today's society. I would like to add this to the equation:
For any who believe in biblical prophesy they SHOULD be preparing for the day of Judgment,regardless of whatever else is going on. Those of you who have some knowledge of biblical account would also know that it clearly states, regarding the final judgment day, that no one knows the day or the hour.....With that understanding, everyone must live daily, with all the trials and tribulations that come our way.....The situation regarding YRC has had an enormous negative impact on the lives of it's employees and that has proven to a very significant factor in all our lives........ It is of my opinion that her vote on the concessions did matter only for the simple fact that we all must live as part of this society regardless of religious belief.

These are my opinions based on my limited reading of scripture.....Furthermore I completely understand your comments and the context in which they were written.....And you point out some very cogent points of view that make one ponder.............

Thanks albag... I took my "road test" in an old Road boss...but spent a lot of time plying the highways in the old skillet face..... ahhh such memories of a bygone era!
