Yellow | warrant share price

That was before they backed up the official vote count date to the sixth. I'm sure that it is the date of ratification.:1036316054:
Hey new rumor. They pushed the ratification back cuz the company did'nt want to give us the warrants intil the stock went up. :poster_stupid:

Yep, Dollar Bill said that he was the only one at this company that was allowed to make any money!:greedy::hysterical:

I can't find it now but I got a letter in the mail that said the price was set at $5.80 a share. Got that letter weeks ago.

The letter you got was the same one I got. They were explaining how the warrants would work using the 5.80 share price simply as a hypothetical.

The lower the price is on the day we ratify, the more the trust makes on the day they sell it.

THIS ASSUMES:

that the company stays in business;

That the stock price goes up after we ratify.

10-4, I was being sarcastic. If we really wanted to make some money and believed the company was going to make it we would be better off buying shares as a capitol injectoin through a trust or something. The return would be 20 times what we would ever hope to get out of this. Each person is going to lose over 21,000 in 4 1/4 yrs, now buy 7000 shares at 21,000 and see what kind of return you get. The shares we get divided by 20,000 teamsters is only 200+ shares.:woot:

I've asked my local and sent an email to the IBT asking if the price date changes with the new vote count date. The local didnt know, and as usual the IBT never answered my email.
The strike price should be set before our vote count!! I gaurentee the price goes up after the count by atleast a buck. I've already bought 500 shares @ 2.50...waiting to see what i can get another 500 at

My understanding is the base price will be what the price is on the day the the pay cut is ratified.

If you work at Newpenn you will probably not be in on this deal because you guys are voting separately and will probably vote no.

You would think that newpenn would vote no.. But I think its a yes vote 60-40 I think the big city barns vote no but are out numbered by the rural ones. Only money you will make on this stock is if you already bought it on your own.
