I'm told the road bids in MBK have zero time starts , everyone on call . A long turn board , subturn board ,layover board ,auxillary board and extra board .
Is this crap going on everywhere? Or is 707 that bad ? Can you Brothers let me know what your barn is doing ?? Thanks .

The same is going on in Chicago, no time starts except a couple of sleeper bids, everyone else is on call 400 plus on the extra boards between 301 and 309.:Flame-On:

I've heard that this is only for a limited time - i.e. until everyone sees how the work pans out with all the changes as of March 1st.

301 has 4 Sleeper time starts (to SLC) the rest of sleeper work is destination wheel or just plain West wheel with no time starts. Daycab work has a start fantasy time of 0100-0600. It reads like this for CLV etc.;

Seniority day bids
Availability on rest, 0001 and 0600
*YOU MUST BE TRIPLES QUALIFIED BY START OF BID TO QUALIFY
*SUBJECT TO MANDATORY TAIL OUT

having some type of tail is mandatory :whistling:in chicago ?
 
Buffalo--All start times with destinations. They did put up quite a few bids that are impossible to make. Not the trip but the weeks back to back. All bids are six days a week. As with all these new bids I would imagine that this is just for now to see what happens.

I've heard the same thing, somewhere along the lines of 45-60 days from the change starting of March 1st.
 
Cincinnati cti-241 has changed their bids from a one way bid to all a-b-a bids with start times. Most bids are 5 days. Still a wheelboard, extraboard is A-B-C-A. Work rules are being work out.

No, GWhiz, if you are a 301 driver with over 4 driving hours left when you get in from your run, you are supposed to check at the turn window to see if they have anything for you to do before you go home.
 
We've been told that the six day bids we are seeing are mandated throughout the whole system unless in the local work rules say otherwise. Can anyone confirm five day bids in a place were it isn't required by your rules. Can a few others chime in and confirm that they have all six day bids? Thanks

they tried this at 120 ,if you logged legal you couldn't do the 6 th trip. But some guys could always make it work!!?? must have had a sharper pencil than me...:nutkick:

Yep, or more debt. Hence, the 10% giveback, the last two contracts, taking whatever is dished out too them, etc... The company AND Union know that most of the men are in debt with trucks, cycles, homes, etc.. RUN HARD DRIVERS AND COMPETE WITH YOUR NEIGHBOR FOR WHO HAS THE MOST S***!!!!!:flame:

Aw my god, that is so funny I almost can't stand it, coming from the Grand pencilwhippers at G94.( OK TO RUN ) No body not nobody in the whole universe could possibly have a sharper pencil !!!!!!!:biglaugh::biglaugh
