Where's the facts on this? Not saying it didn't happen but hoping it's a rumor. To many of us need these for ill family members.

Already posted at CVE terminal, The VP of 407 delievered it. Let's just pray they pay it by 5 pm. or work something out?
 
For the sake of all the people here with sick family members,I pray YRC makes this happen.
 
I called mctwf here in Detroit,(had to take care of a claims issue anyways) and they said we are paid upto date. But husband is a Holland employee, if that makes any diff.
 
i was layed off as of 4/11. i called central pa and they said im covered until june 30th as they pay by the quarter and its good until then

Form 8-K

Not sure if the above link works but what I saw was a pretty good paycheck, bonus to executives on April 3rd. It's amazing they couldn't pay for our benefits instead. Maybe I'm wrong..Let me know.
 
Just got off the phone with Central States and everything is fine. I asked if the company was paid up and was told yes, I was also told that my insurance/meds coverage is just fine.

let the man explain himself, if he is playing a cruel hoax, I will refund his Premium membership and he will be banned.

Why should you refund anything Jeff? You guys did nothing wrong. He paid for a membership and then pulled this garbage. Keep his money and send him packing.
 
He said he has a copy of a memo from his hall. I said post it and you live, if not, he's gone.
 
HEY!!....CHILL OUT...It is true....I have the letter that CSPF sent out to ALL YRC locals at 21:56 PM (Central)..that if it was not paid today...the H&W "would be coverage will be suspended on April 20,2009....per Thomas C. Nyhan, Executive Director of CSPF.......KK
