I'm Transferring from Central to Western and can't seem to get a straight answer on the pay out there. We were 23.55 B4 the 5% cut. Puts us at 22.37 now.
Just wondering if I can expect another pay cut with this move.
 
Appreciate all the support for those of us down south and out west. This is the attitudes that let Con-Way get away with anything they want to do. We should all support each region or let me refrase that. We all should support every employee like he or she is our brother or sister. If we did this the powers that be would not feel as though they could just do whatever they wanted and get away with it.
