This CSA 2010 system has been rolled out today,I just went on line and down loaded my personal file big brother has on me,it cost 10 bucks.Mine had an overweight ticket from 2008 and an out of service from 07 which from what I understand I will be accessed points for these violations even though it wasn't anything I had done wrong. The information on the trucking companies and how their safety records stack up hasn't been downloaded yet which I thought was kind of funny,so boys and girls, its about to get real interesting as far as what kind of hoops all these trucking companies are going to make us jump through. My thought was always,if your a safe driver and follow the rules you got no worries, but after reading through some of what you the driver can be givin a ticket for is simply ludicrous.Anyway stay safe.

I guess I need to get my score. I wonder what the cut off score is before a carrier or the FMCSA decides you are too high a risk. Got a bad feeling about all this.

Don't know but I do know if every ticket I recieved were on my MVR, I'd probably be in prison right now :hide:

I don't think there is a "cut off" YET. But scared there will be. I guess I have no worries I may have one overweight ticket from Madison Wi scales a few years ago. Never have I had a speeding ticket or been placed out of service. Knock on iPhone

I wish I could say that. I remember I was put out of service 3 times as an owner operator. I left all 3 times just minutes after being out of service. I know... "S T U P I D I T Y!" but I was young and dumb and had plenty of extra cash during those years and had no respect for the blood suckin justice system. I don't know much about this new CSA thing but I have a feeling I aint gonna like it.

Its amazing to me how the drivers that seldom get home and work for peanuts would give a flyin bleep about all the csa ::shit::. The trucking industry is going to get interesting in 2011.
