He doesnt understand the part "YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH SENIORITY" dumbass!
He runs to management everytime a bid comes up saying this guy did this on this day. That guy did this on that day. Now the latest is, "he shouldn't be allowed to bid".
Good thing he don't make the rules, nobody be bidding.

idk...i run team extraboard, had a schedule and hated it, so i run wild by choice...it seems to me that if you have a run and it gets cancelled they have always offered you the board unless you can bump someone or rebids, instead of having a tantrum about it, why not run it? It beats sitting at the unemployment line and becoming a freeloader and us paying for your healthcare. It may not what you want to do but you have benefits and still have a retirement, everyone always complains this time of the year cause it gets slow this time of the year EVERY YEAR, you dont save your money when thigs are rolling who's fault is that? Yours....if you've been here long enough you know its coming it's not the companies fault or Rob's fault...its yours
 
I haven't saved up for the slow times and this scheduled run cost me more money than it makes me but it's all good.
