Our Labor Relations man will soon be visiting a terminal near you. I strongly suggest that all of us New Penn employees listen to what he has to say. We showed YRC in the first vote that we hate their guts, however, I don't think that YRC is going to be playing any games the second time around. Let us all stand up to the plate and vote from our hearts. Let's challenge Yellow and Roadway to operate as efficiently as we can...they can't do it. We are all NEW PENN PROUD and we BLEED GREEN. New Penn workers are a special breed of their own that YRC only dreams about. So let us not be intimidated by what Kansas City or Dollar Bill threatens...instead let us step up and be New Penn Proud. Let's take on the competition. Let us gain back our customers who fled from us because they dislike YRC. My fellow Brothers, I believe that the fate of NPME is in our hands. :hide:

I didn't say I'm an expert on anything mind you. I'm aboard ship at the Penn and I like it. I'm just saying let us not be intimidated or coerced by what YRC says. Vote from the bottom of your hearts. Believe me I've spent 5 years working for Yellow and I've witnessed first hand how they treat their people. They treated everyone like ::shit:: therefore when the day comes that YRC folds, I'll be happier than ಠ▄ಠ was when he rode into Paris on June 23rd, 1940. :Flame-On:

Look I just wish that they would be forced to sell us off and we would fall under the leadership of someone who wants to make money and knows how to run a company just like MR. Arnold did. Until then ::shit:: on YRCW
 
Just remember, if there is any chance of selling off New Penn, it can't be done once it's merged into YRC or Holland. Vote yes, this time, and maybe, just maybe, there would be a buyer, if that buyer could get the same deal. Maybe they could negotiate a favorable result on the Pension Liability (remember the field of dreams) with Hoffa and his fellow crooks. I know that I am grasping for straws.....but I would not mind giving back my 15% for the chance that I would not be working for those overpaid, low life, stupid idiots, heads in the clouds wouldn't know a good trucking concept if it slapped them in the ear, blood thirsty, no good rooster sucking pigs, Zollars and his butt buddy, Smid. If we were acquired and rid of YRCW, then we could put the heat on the boys in Washington to stop screwing around and put the pressure on them to organize Pyle and level the playing field.
 
After this YRC disaster the IBT couldnt organize a slumber party let alone another trucking co.Way to go Hoffa.

Just remember 1 Thing when you listen to our LABOR RELATIONS MAN. He was a labor man for the TEAMSTERS for years. So heres a guy who represented us in Philly and then takes a job with NEW PENN so he can fire Us. Oh yeah he bleeds green alright. Not New Penn green but the color of CASH GREEN. He's a special breed thats true. I believe it is in the Rodent line of breeds.

tell me irishman107, how many men has d schmidt fired since you have been at npme? if you could name one,i'm sure i could name 10 that he should have fired. he's a trustee on at least 2 differant pension funds. i beleive he has his law degree. npme as a company was smart in hireing him.he knows both sides of the deal now. of course he fights for the company side. should keep you from fileing bull ::shit:: grevince cause you know they won't fly and you will probably lose. actually, he should make all the stewarts smarter , know they better prepare if they want to win a case.i'm sure you don't like alot of the out comes when fighting agaisnt him, but i have yet to here where he actually fired a npme emplooye , even when npme tm's have tryed to.oh yea,DON'T FORGET TO VOTE YES.

You know nothing about D schmidt before he became labor boss, so how can you defend someone you don't know. What does being a Trustee have to do with anything??? You are very supportive of old Danny, Now he is reading this like he said he does(always pays to get in brownie points) Old Danny sold out the TEAMSTERS. Like I said he bleeds green but its the green of cash. Hard to say on the amount FIRED, most grieved it and got jobs back or company backed down before hearing. What do you consider a BULLshit Grievance??? Do you think the person who filed it thinks it BULLshit??? The Ba would not take a definite loser to panel..It's guys like you who can't see the forest through the trees. Company loves you, they say it and it's GOSPEL to you. So let me ask you TRAIN, Do you think it is right that the Union threw out the Votes and are having a revote even though it was 2 TO 1 NO???? Kinda UN AMERICAN DONT YOU THINK

P.S.-Vote the way you feel is best for yourself everyone. Just want to make sure that the MAJORITY OF VOTERS is not drown out by people who think that even though they lost the vote that theres is the only voice.
 
first off i could care less about schmidt,got it. he wouldn't know me from a pile of ::shit:: along the road. and the company, central couldn't pick me out of any 10 guys all in a line. i just do my job, they pay me for that and thats what i do. peroid. it's you cry babies that don't do your job, and than want to cry about how the company stuck it up your *** that i'm talking about. now i'm not sure what your crying about, you hate the company, but the union sucks too. but , as long as all this has been going on, at least 8 months since the 10% they took, you're still here , go figure. and just forthe record i don'tthink i was defending schmidt, i just was saying he is invloved with the pension plans, i know he was with the teamsters in dc before npme hired him and he ain't no dumby. and as far as working for the green, what the heck are you working at npme for? don't tell me you love the big trucks.

Sorry their Train but I am one of the better Drivers at are barn. Just because I stand up for my rights on here and at work doesn't make me a bad worker. I don't hate New Penn, I hate the idiots running the show. But I always got my stops done. If you want to check that i will gladly give you my name and U can call Cinnaminson and ask dispatch or terminal Manager. See a No vote isn't a sign of a bad worker just like a yes vote is not a sign of a p**** that won't stand up for himself. I'm working at New Penn for the money and Pension which thanks to the NO voters we still have. Did you send yours extra pay back??? You talk how people like me will put this company out of business but you kept that extra cash and will keep that Pension accural won't you. Not real concerned that the extra your putting in your pocket is closing us when you cash that check are you. I'm sure you will return it since you voted yes or your just a hypocrit. Me I'm keeping the extra 50 bucks and the pension money, I VOTED NO SO ITS MINE. YOU VOTED YES SO RETURN IT. Your Vote told them you didn't want it so why our you taking it???
Been at New Penn 15 years long before it turned into this circus. The union does suck they sold us down the river. But you never answered my question TRAIN no one who voted YES answers this question. Heres another try;
