And who says YRCW would be happy anyway? I wouldn't be with their balance sheet right now regardless of how the vote turns out. Good luck to you New Penn guys - I think you're right but scared Baghdad Bob, eh Bill, won't let you prove it on your own.

I have a feeling you are wrong, nobody is dumb enough to screw themselves out of a decent job in this economy just to prove a pointless point. But if you are right YRCW won't be the only one who is disapointed! many of your Teamster brothers will be suddenly unemployed. Talk about biting off your nose to spite your face. GET REAL!!!!

How I feel about it

yrc still has not straighten out the yellow roadway merger. Its not a seamless transition yet. All yrc employees are not very happy right now with pay cuts and lack of pension payments. How is yrc going to run the linehaul of New Penn? Is Arnold Logistcs going to do that? YRC can't manage what the have now they will lose alot of the New Penn freight to non union companies. YRC corporate has made a big mess and they want us union brothers to fix it. I still believe after 18 months they will close down after corporate has taken 740 million of our pension money and put in there corporate pension. I guess those that did not vote yes will keep voting until YRC gets what they want. I voted yes the first time. I voted no the second time. I wish I had the chance to vote again because it would still be no.

Slave, there is no right or wrong here. It's how people decide to vote. So to call people dumb because of how they vote is ludacrious. What makes you smarter??? If they offer us 10 dollars a hour to work our we dumb to say STICK IT?? According to you we would be>>> Looks like you are willing to give up more than other Teamsters. And thats why we vote.(OVER AND OVER) The only thing wrong here is having A RE-VOTE because YRCW and the TEAMSTERS didn't like the outcome of the first Vote

what happens if they close all of yrcw down because new penn and the chicago locals voted no again?does anyone think that might could happen?

vote for your self

no matter how you guys vote YRC is going to do what they want to do. Yes or No they will, and already have a plan in place you are not going to change it. GOOD LUCK my friends

The first vote when we gave back the 10% when we thought we would be shutdown was 848 yes 339 no,the last vote alot of guys thought they would renegotiate a no vote, they are threatening to close us down again,so look for the same results as the first original 10% vote.i know at least 20 guys changing from a no to a yes.

I hope you guys voted "NO" , however I understand why guys would feel they have to vote yes. I know none of of you really want to vote yes. What our big brothers do in the East, makes a big difference to what happens to little Reddaway in the West. Hopefully, its not to bloodly for us. STAND STRONG AND BE SAFE

I voted no. This is just back door labor negotiation. Sadly YRC can't abide by contractual rules they agreed to just a couple years ago.

We can play hard ball, then threw us a grease ball. Where is the Ump????
