When I started at holland it was 20 percent. You actually took a pay cut to go from casual to full time. Of course it was only a two year progression instead of the three it is currently. Now at least I am making the same money as I was at holland with their 15 percent giveback.
 
this isn't a bad place to be considering the current economic environmet, just CYA at all times. As long as you know what you are doing and how to do it safely you should be O.K.:1036316054:
