Yellow | YRC holding laidoff drivers hostage!

It is taking 3 weeks to get accident and drug test info to prospective employers. The only way to get it is at corp office in KS. What the heck is going on,are they doing this to give us a hard time? Does anyone have any more info?:Flame-On:
 
I had to track down our old "booted out the door at CGB" TM's home phone number to give to certain people for certain important papers that needed certain questions answered. I failed, they found him anyway. I'd still like to get my Safe Driving Award paper for certain proof of certain things.

I've heard of this happening everywhere, a brother had a chance at driving for the NASCAR carrier and was told they had to fill the position because Y.R.C. wouldn't respond to their employment verification inquiries. Just some more disrespect from Y.ellow R.oadway C.ircus
 
Hmmm......I wasn't aware that this was going on. I had no problems with my present employer getting ANY information from ANYONE! Funny how that works isn't it!

Really? Did you get to 309 Annie? I lost track of you after the merge. Pete tells my your running diplomats around D.C. How goes it?
 
Yeah....Dips and really cool paperwork! I drive for the National Archives now. Just a little straight truck for the trucking part of my job. It's an 8-4 job with weekends off! (that's two days off in a row....all to yourself, no phone) PM me so I know who you are.........:shift:
 
I applied ofr a job to tide me over this winter - filled an application out - and within 4 days YRC had returned my verification.

(no problems on this end)

dunno - I can tell you DO NOT try and have your local terminal verify anything - all inquiries have to go thru corporate ... Ask your TM or STM for the 800 number for emplyment verification.

Thanks bro, I'll keep it in mind. I may very well have to jump ship myself. 309 is being punished for the "NO" vote. I've run 3 trips in 3 weeks. Good luck to you.
