Here I was cruising down the highway, and get passed on the right by another driver. Problem was I was in the slow right lane ! granted traffic was congested, but damn we were still moving along @ 40 or so. well he drove up the shoulder a while then took an exit. just makes you go hmmmm.

He must have gotten his CDL at WalMart. 6 month ago he could not spell truck driver; today he are one.

there is that section in MA. on 95 i think you can drive in breakdown lane certain times of the day.still makes you go hmmmm, but at certain times legal.

yeah, if I/m not mistaken, 66 in Va lets you travel in the break down lane at certian times also, but this driver was cruising along the shoulder with traffic as if he had made his own lane !
