TForce | Time for another pay raise

I haul triples, I wish I didnt. I heard a driver say one time, that if they make him haul two 53' he would ask for double pay or they can kiss his butt. I like that, but of course, if I said that, they would find some young gogetter to do it for nothing.They are making money, while we are white nuckalin,hoping that 3rd box doesnt flip.All for 1 more penny.

Look at this way, You are one of the highest paid drivers in the industry.
 
True, But I'd rather make a bit less and let someone else pull that third box, anyday.Two guys haulin triples is putting someone out of a job. And the stress and time it takes putting that together will take years off your life if you let it. Worth a penny more? Hell no!

Thats the way i see it.

Also Team pay is 4 cents more? .31 and some change.
