Complete and utter dumba$$. He can talk his way out of any situation, but trust me...if you catch him stuttering...he is lying through his teeth. That is what most people in KNX will tell you. Ask any driver that knows him and they will tell you this rumor. I would put money on it. Just remember that I said this.
DR came up in the sales side of things many years ago with Overnight and will tell you anything you want to hear...but will stab you in the back the first chance he gets if it makes him look good. He has been after Keiths job for years and probably had a hand in his termination.
He came to CHA a last year (when there was a good managing director with us) to help get the center straight...but it leaked that he was there doing a write up on the manager. The om gets canned in KNX and then they demote the CHA manager and promote DR's buddy from KPT. These guys are friends so tight, they spend the night at each others house....not sure what goes on there...haha.
He is a complete yes man. So he will move up because he has no balls to stand up to that idiot we have in the big office in NAS. You know who I am talking about. If you go in DH's office and don't see DR - then just look under the desk, because he is probably hiding under there.haha.
Get ready NAS. The game is about to change and you will think that this guy is the best thing since sliced bread...but if he agrees with you, rest assure he is agreeing with every other opinion out there. If he is nice to you...walk the line because he is out to get you. If he is an ******* to you, tape record his every word - because if he knows he can sh!t on you, and get away with it...then he will. And to everyone that reports directly to him...if he gives you an verbal instruction that you think is morally wrong... then tape it, and if he sends you a bad or threatening email...save it, because you will need it one day. He will do these things...i promise you that.
