Yellow | where is the 90 day provision located at in the contract book for unused sick time ?

called tm about my sicktime buy out and was told i didn t work 90 days so he did not have to pay me. i just want to see it in writing . ialso have 3 personal days left . is it the same for them also . so if i got this right he dosen't have to pay sick time because i"m layed off and i don't get the buy out because i did't work 90 days. how about the east coast guys at holland that got layed off because of the shut down did they get their sick time and personal days . they didn't have 90 days in

Call your BA at the local.
 
You may not actually see it in writing. 90 days may refer to the agreed time based on past practice. It may go back to the "orientation period" of 90 days of employment before you are protected by the union which was prior practice in many places.

On the PDF copy of the NMFA that I downloaded from the IBT site, it's on page 52. It definitely says 90 days. If you want me to try to post a copy here, let me know.
 
I got hit for this too, but I used 2 sick days in Jan but I'm not entitled to the rest, go figure. I can't wait till april to hear why i can't get my vacation check I worked for the year prior
