I can only speak for myself. Since the new bid never started and my transfer date has been pushed back (again) I remain in my old positiion with my old bid, and my old seniority. I can only imagine that this is the case across the spectrum. I have no idea what anyone who moved early to get in place for the original 2-14 date is doing.

Was just told bids have been pushed back until 3-7. I have not seen the official notice yet.
You are correct JB...3/7 is the new start date for the bid..
Flyrod you are correct as well about how senority is to be handled. Any one that was in transit or in place for the oringinal start date will be on extra board there until the New Bids Start.
The reasons that are given in the e-mail announcing the 3-7 start date are weather related issues and end of the month freight volumes, but we all know it is really because of man power and equipment issues.

They better get it together and realize yrc is not going away. Besides they cant even get it together for the work we have now
