do you have to graduate from the University of Arkansas to fill a top position with this company. Seems to me they would like to get some new persepective from somewhere within 100 miles of Ft. Smith or Little Rock???

That would put a crimp in the corporate meetings held while they catch Cat!!!

The reason it seems like all the degrees are from U of A is because most of the recent promotions are people who started at ABF in different positions, then went back to school to get an MBA, obviously from Walton School of Business at U of A, as it's close AND one of the best in the nation.
